I started Capell Consulting because I kept seeing the same thing: good businesses run by hardworking people with no real plan for their online presence — not because they didn't care, but because nobody had given them a clear, honest roadmap.
So that's what I do. I sit down with local business owners, find where things are breaking down online, and build a website that fixes it — one that looks professional, loads fast, and actually turns visitors into customers.
I'm finishing a dual degree at Robert Morris University — a Marketing BSBA and an MBA in Business Analytics — so I bring both the creative and the analytical side to every project. I've also run multi-channel campaigns at a healthcare staffing company, managed customer relationships at a golf course, and worked restaurant floors on weekends. Each one taught me how people make decisions and what earns their trust.
